H1b in-person interview waiver

Hi Team, my current stamping on passport got expired in Jun'18. i have changed my employer and now have in-person interview schedule in April 3rd week . As per the new 48 months waiver rule, as i eligible for drop-box. Please suggest.

Please check with consulate by Email or phone call to check about these eligibility.. Because, New Expansion of Interview Waiver Eligibility was released on March 11. For detailed Information, you can go through concern consulate website.
