H1B Extension very urgent please!!!!!!!!!!

Hi All,

Hope u all are doing fine.This is regarding my H1B visa extension.I used to work in MNC in Hyderabad.I applied for the H1B visa through the company.I got the visa.Expiry date of my H1B visa is 11th Sep 2010.But I resigned the company in Feb 2009.Since then I am not working anywhere.I never get an opportunity to travel USA during the period I was in company.so I never used my visa.But after my resignation company canceled the petition in March 2009.
Now Again I got an job offer from the same company.If I join the company,is it possible to extend the visa with the same petition(which they canceled in March 2009) or need to file another petition?
If it is new petition:
1)what will be the procedure?is this process same like what I have done last time(i.e,From scratch)?Will i get visa for sure..or depends on available quota?(please give me more clarification on this)
2)what are the documents required?any approvals need to proceed further?
3)how many days it will take to get the visa?for how many years i will get the visa?

I would appreciate if could reply me at the earliest.

Need new petition.
Procedure is same.
you shud get visa on new approved petition.
Check this website for doc list.
Visa time depends on when you will schedule appointment.
Petition approval takes about 2 months.
Initially for 3 years, just like old H1.
