Hey friends
help regarding the h1b and h4 stamp.
actually last march i sent all the docs h1 and h4 for stamping in st.louis but got back oj july 15th with out the stamp saying i need to go for an interview overseas to the consulate officer and my previous date is expired already. so i donot have a stamp write now in my passport. they just stamped on the expired one as cancelled without prejudice.
so my question is can i go to canada for stamping instead of india (my home country). if so can anyone suggest me what documents i need to take along with me. please advice.
