Frame right response for 221(g) response

I have received form 221(g) after my H1B visa interview and was asked to submit few documents on USCIS mail electronically.

Is there any specific template/format we are expected to follow to file this response?

Hi,
There is no standard format.. But, Please send the documents very professionally.. Align all the documents as per check list. Try to share all the documents in one PDF. Better, include Index and covering letter.
