Hi,
During Feb, with my current employer, I filed H1B extension for 6 months. In March, I filed another extension with same employer for 18 months (Qualified for 7th year h1B extension) and both petitions are approved. Before withdrawing older petition, both got approved.
Now, I have two valid H1B's with same employer with the latest approved one has shortest I-94 date.
Which approval will be considered valid among the two? How to in-validate/cancel/withdraw the petition with shorter I-94 date? Shall I ask my employer to fax, email or mail USCIS, with detail explanation? Does USCIS accept? Any other recommendations?
