Hello all,
last year (2009-2010) a consultancy applied my H1B but unfortunately that didn't went well.consultancy was not able to provide all documents and my case is in "request for evidence" state and this year my employer is willing to apply my H1B
can any one please let me know will my previous filling create a problem for this year
