Start Date for 2006 H1B Visas

Does anyone know from when can we start applying for H1B - 2006 Quota ?!

I read somewhere that we can start our registration process from March 2005. Is this true ?! Pls confirm !

I think the H1-B filing date for the Y2006 will be from April 1 st !!!
pls do confirm it with more poeple.
