Applying for H4 EAD with H4 extension pending

Hello,

Appreciate your inputs on the below questions related to H4 EAD -

1. Can H4 EAD be renewed based on latest approval H1B extension when H4 visa extension is pending? H4 visa extension and H4 EAD renewal filed separately.
2. Have you updated any documentation on existing H4 EAD request ( WAC) through USCIS online account?

Please see my response below.
1. Can H4 EAD be renewed based on latest approval H1B extension when H4 visa extension is pending? H4 visa extension and H4 EAD renewal filed separately.
Answer: Please note, H4 EAD can be processed once H4 petition is Approved.. H4 EAD is depending H4 not H1B. H4 is depending H1B.
2. Have you updated any documentation on existing H4 EAD request ( WAC) through USCIS online account?
Answer: I don't really understand the question. But as per my assumption on your question, you can not add any documents separately once you submit the petition. Only at the time of RFE, you can provide any additional documents upon request.
