h4 renewal question

While filing h4 extension online didn't know what to answer for below questions and hoping you guys would help me out.

My spouse has i-140 approved. His h1b extension also recently got approved. We have applied for i-485 (spouse is primary applicant). We got the receipt number, but GC dates aren't current yet.
