L1 to h1

Hi,

I came to US on L1A through company A. Now I have full time job with company and they are going to apply COS to H1B.

Now after moving to company B and after working for 3 months, if I want to move to company C , can I do H1 transfer?? My question here is that since I still have L1A stamping on my passport, Is H1 transfer possible from company B to C after 3 months working on H1 status with B??
