H4 interview without canadian marriage certificate

Hi,

I am currently in US on H1b. I got married in canada and want to bring my wife (who is canadian PR) to US on H4. In canada it takes approx 10 weeks to obtain a marriage certificate. Is there a way I can bring my wife to US without waiting for that 10 week period. Before marriage we tried obtaining visitor visa for her but it got rejected as she recently moved to canada. I have a marriage certificate issued by the authority where the marriage was performed but not the one issued by municipality. Is that certificate admissible in consulate or do I need the one from municipality.

---- You have to get the marriage certificate if you are recntly married, without that the VO will not be able to accept your marriage. It may take time to get the certificate as per local rules. You have to bear with that. If you are in such a hurry there is no alternative for a marriage certificate issued by a local authority
