H1B Question
Hi,
I've got a question on H1B visa. I have H1B presently which is to expire in april 2005. My present employer has filed for an extension of my I94 and it is in process right now.
What would be the negative impact if I switched jobs now? Of course, my new employer would have to file for a H1B transfer and extension of my I94.
Would there be any problems when I went to my home country (later on - after extension processs is complete) and appreared to get my Visa restamped?
Any help would be appreciated!
