HI All,
Me and my husband both went together for H1B Visa stamoing in Tijuana Mexico on 25th August 2010. we were called together at 9:30 am and checked our documents and took the picture. We were waiting for almost 2 hrs and then we were called at 12:30 pm. First she interviewed my husband.
She took I-797 and passport and asked below questions
1) Where do you work?
2) What do you do?
3) Highest Degree certificate?
4) Employement letter
5) Tax statements
Then she took my passport and I-797 and intervied me
1) Where do you work?
2) how long have you been wokring for the present company?
3) Highest Degree certificate?
4) Employement letter
5) Tax statements
and interviewer said. Your both Visa's have been approved. You can collect your passport next day at 3:30pm. we both were happy and relaxed.
