H1 effective date

Hi,

My employer has filed a new H1B Petition in this August, and may be i may need to travel this october, when can i able to get the visa back ?
Please let me know your view on this.

What exactly are you trying to ask? You will get the visa when you attend the visa interview at the U.S consulate and if it get approved.

If you are asking about the petition, then it will take somewhere around 2-3 month to get it approved by normal process and 15 days by premium.
