Plz Help Me..I'm Confused

I came here for my Master's but due to financial problems i took up an H1 consultiong job and could not complete my Masters yet.. My H1B started from OCT2004 and now i need to go to INDIA. So i want to know whether there is a chance of rejection that my masters is not yet completed..I also want to know is it safe for me to go to Cannada or Mexico..
Plz Help with suggestions

I strongly suggest you to go to Canada for stamping and dont take chances as they might put a query.
