Hi, my husband is moving to US on H1B which implies i will get a H4. I am working with an MNC in HR. My role doesnt bind me to work out of a certain location - i work from home and i get paid in my home currency. Will i need an h1 if i need to continue in the same job but work from US ?

---- Yes, if you want to work within the US even for a company outside of US, you will need aworking visa and H1 is the best working visa. On H4 you cannot work in the US nor for any company outside US. It will constitue a fraud
