H1B Transfer RFE

Hi All - Today I got RFE for H1B transfer which I filed in premium processing on Aug 16, The RFE was about the Employer-Employer relationship. My employer is saying they can resolve the RFE without the attorney.But I'm little bit concerned about it. Could you guys advice me whether I want to go with an attorney or without. If you can share your experience that would be really great.

---- If your employer wants to do it by himself, let him do it. It may save some expesne for them. May be in thier view engaging an attorney would be the same thing as doing it themselves. In the end if you get your H1 transdfer thats all you want

VSC Website Status

I read that you got an RFE. Did the site told you step by step when the case got accepted, receipt generated, initial review etc.

As mine is with VSC under PP since Aug 19. I just see on website it is accepted and received the receipt also, but nothing else.

No the site didn't update step by step, mine gone from Acceptance to RFE on 14th day.Moreover the status got changed in the night as my employer already received the fax from USCIS about RFE.So be patient....

Got Approval and Still Website shows Acceptance

To my surprise, I got an email from my Lawyer this afternoon that my case has been approved and still the website shows acceptance.

I hope you get positiv results soon.

Great! congrats. Did you apply with the latest increased FEE (2000$) ?

I paid total $3320 for PP. So I am not sure if that was increased fees or not?

Also increase in fees only applicable to company sponsoring 50 or more employees.

Did you hear any thing about your case? BTW don't believe the Website or automated system. Both seem to not work good.

How long it will take for RFE notice to reach employer/attorney after USCIS mailed it? I heard that for PP, USCIS will fax RFE notice? is that true?
