---- What is your question and what are you looking for

---- If it is question of B1/B2 visa for your parents, yes you can spnsor and your parents can apply at any time. The previous denials will not have any effect on the visa application next time

      Sir ,
My question is - Do i have to send a "Reapply letter" which comes in the Refusal section.Or can i only send those "Sponsor Documents" like--Invitation letter, Bank related details,Employment related details.

Additionally , for the DOB, my passport information should be fine as it consists of DOB and there is no need for any Birth Certificate?.

      Thanks,
      Sam

---- There is no need of sending an reapply letter. Send the required sponsor documents. The US Consulate will be able to find out if this is a reapplication or a fresh application

---- If you have a DOB certificate send a copy. Although Passport is a reliable document some VO's would like to see and original DOB certificate
