H1B Visa Max Out

I entered USA on 11th March 2014 and came back on 3rd October 2014 (East Coast Petition)
I again filed cap Exempt petition (west coast petition) and entered on 4th April 2018 and came back on 25th January 2019.
My extension was filed and same was approved till February 2021, but not stamped due to covid.
What will be max out for me ?

Hi,
H1B will be calculated the day you are in the USA. Even if you get approved but not in the USA then that days will not be calculated for H1B period. You can recapture out of country days in future.
