H1b Cap Exempt to H1b Cap

I am currently working for non profit organization(A) on H1B Cap -Exempt visa for past 6 years. I never went through H1B cap subject lottery process before. My current H1b cap exempt will expire by end of this year.
This year, I got another opportunity from employer(B) and they filed H1B Cap subject petition. My H1B lottery is picked and petition is filed. If my H1B Cap subject petition gets approved and I don't join employer(B) on October 1st 2021, what will happen to my current H1B cap exempt?
Can I have H1B Cap Exempt visa and H1B cap approved visa at the same time and still work on H1B Cap-Exempt visa?
