H1b Help required: Client Letter for Stamping

I work for IBM. Direct employer in Pune. I am working for a US client for which IBM has a contract with for 5 years. Now i have to go for stamping in September end.

What will be the client letter in this case.
Will the client letter be considered as from IBM or the US Client which is the client i am working with. IBM is going to pay me.

IBM is your employer and not the client. Client letter need to be from the client for whom you will be working in U.S.

You will need the employment verification letter from IBM.

Thanks Sherwin..But i don't think i will et client letter....That company is just a client for IBM...Can i say that i will work at IBM's office and we will be providing services to that client...I will be working under an IBM manager in US with IBM team.
