Hi,
I was working on L1B with company in US. I got extension in Oct 2009. I worked for the company on L1 extension till Feb 2010. I left the company and returned to India. Now I am joining the same company back. My current visa status is H4.
Is it possible to join the company in US with H4 to L1 COS using the same extension petition?
