My attorney has not yet received the hard copy of the approval notice. My petition was approved on 19th of august and its more than two weeks now. The center is CSC. Is that normal delay. He says that we cant enquire to USCIS until 30 days have passed. Do they really mail the petition date the day they send the aproval mail. Is the US mail so slow?
