I tried to call the Department of State by using phone number 202-663-1225 for knowing current state of my case. The telephone number provides the caller with a selection of pre-recorded information but there is no option (May be I was unable to find) to talk to a visa specialist.
Could you please guide me how can I talk to them? do you guys know any other number?
In the Dept of State web site, there is option for information about pending applications for Waiver of Foreign Residence Requirement, applicants should see the online J waiver status and when I am in, there this option to enter the Case number.
is that possible to know my case by entering my case number in that text box? (I tried to entered my case number but it was said, there is no information available for this case number)
