H1 Visa question

Am new to this forum..

I had an H1 stamped way back in 2000 ..but I had never worked on that visa or used it in anyway - the visa has obviously expired (an it was stamped cancelled without prejudice on expiry by the consulate later ) and so has my passport ...I was an Indian citizen then ...now i am a Canadian Citizen .

Just curious and this may sound silly : is there any way that H1 can be used?

Answer: No way. You will need to again go through H1B CAP. If you are Canadian citizen now, you can try obtaining TN visa.
