Can a same employee apply for h1-b lottery process for multiple time(in same year) with different employers ?

Hi,
Yes. Different Employer can sponsor H1B to you under CAP. But, each Employer must have some difference to offer the position to you which means you can not apply H1B with many Employer with same end client/ project, Job title, Job duties/ Work location etc..
And one Employer to another Employer must not have any link such as sister concern or same Owner like that.
