Hi Immihelp & Friends,
I am working for a company X for last 1.5 years. Company Y offerred me a job last year in July and applied for H1B. I got an approval for the same sometime back,however Company Y is showing little interest to go ahead with the case as the project they were taking me there for is likely to be dropped.
So in case Y doesn't go on with the process, and a new company Z offers me a job in the US, can the same approval be used for going for stamping for company Z or I have to wait for next year for company Z to make a fresh application and approval.
Please help.
