First time h1b change of employer without traveling

Hi guys I have a question. First time H1B, and currently in India. My US petitioner employer who is a fortune 500 is offering me a good package.

But recently I switched my job to a top tier MNC in hyderabad. Once I get my Stamping done for my US petitioner employer, if my new company in India wants to transfer my visa even before I travel to Usa, is it possible?
I am afraid if first time h1bs can be transferred unless you travel at least once for the initial Petitioner.

How true is this or how complicated is this process? Anyone has any idea.

Answer: Yes. It is possible. Once you get your visa stamping, later if you get good opportunity with different Employer, Please file H1B transfer petition, get approved then travel with the help of previously approved visa. You don't require another visa process for H1B transfer petition.
But, you will need to carry all necessary documents as you may have strict verification at the time of port of entry. CBP officer may ask question about your visit and Job offer. If you have valid documents and exact reason then you will not have any issues.
