H4 Visa Renewal with NIE (Family Separation)

Hi, Need suggestion on H4 Visa,

Recently my family went for H4 Visa Renewal using drop box appointment on August 11th 2021, Status in the CGI portal was changed to "Under processing at the Embassy/Consulate". On August 23rd to changed to "Document Delivery Information:" Blank. its been 5 Business no change in the status.

Any suggestions or any faced similar situation, how long it takes to get the passport with Visa on it.
