complications after H1B approval ?

Hi to everyone who is trying their best to live their life they want,

My H1B transfer was approved 3 weeks ago, but I am still yet to receive the notice.
Can someone clarify some questions I have ?

1) Is it possible that my case can still get an RFE or can go into any complications after approval ?
2) How long does it take these days to get the approval notice in hand after approval ?

Please see my response below.
1) Is it possible that my case can still get an RFE or can go into any complications after approval ?
Answer: Once you get your H1B Approval then nothing to worry. But, Please make note, USCIS may do a site verification even after petition is approved.. And If they find anything during Inspection, they can send NOID, if necessary.
2) How long does it take these days to get the approval notice in hand after approval ?
Answer: If this is normal, within two weeks you can expect approval notice. If the petition is under Premium, within one week.
