I Joined one company A with H1b transfer receipt notice. If the h1b transfer to company A is denied, can another company B initiate transfer for me? will I be in valid status to stay in the country ? my current visa is valid until 2022.

Answer: Yes. You can file another H1B transfer petition. But, Just want to confirm, Is your previous H1B Approved petition got withdrawn or still it is alive?
will I be in valid status to stay in the country ?
Answer: If your Previous H1B Approved petition is still alive you can go back and work for your previous Employer. If that is withdrawn and you started new company with receipt notice then you will be under grace period of 60 days. During this time you will need to take action. either file another H1B petition or change of status.
