Travelling in Europe with a valid stamp

Hey all,

So I am a French citizen living in the US with a valid H1b VISA (I have a valid visa stamp in my passport). I haven't moved out of the US since the beginning of the pandemic, but I need to travel in Europe later this month. It is not clear to me if I can. The lawyer of my company told me that I need an NIE to reenter despite my valid stamp or to simply go back to Mexico, omegle xender wait 14 days and reenter which seems like weird. Others told me that I should be fine with a valid visa stamp.

I would love to hear other people experiences to see what is actually realistic! Thanks

Hi,
Due to presidential Proclamation, All travels towards to USA are limited. But, there is some exceptions. One of the exception is NIE. If you have valid visa, in order to travel back to the country, Yes. You will need NIE Approval.
