F1 STEM OPT > H4-EAD

My wife is currently on F1 STEM OPT (EAD) which ends in June 2022. My current H1B is valid till Jan 2024 and I have I -140 petition approved. My question is if I apply H4 and H4 EAD for my wife, how would it effect her STEM OPT and her job. In case her H4 is approved but H4 EAD is still pending, would her STEM EAD be still valid and she can continue her job till Jun 2022 ? Please clarify these points so I can take necessary action. Hi,
Once she gets H4 Approval then your F1 status will be gone. If you dont have F1 status then automatically STEM OPT will be cancelled.. So, If H4 is approved and waiting for H4 EAD Approval, during these days you should stop working.
