  • Reg H1B stamping after change of employer

I got H1B from employer A in Oct 2009. I went to India in Jan 2010 and got H1B stamped on my passport and the I-94 expires only in oct 2012.

I got my H1 transferred to employer B in April 2010. Now, if I travel to India, do I need to go for H1B visa stamping again ?

Or is it allowed to travel into US with I-94 and visa stamp of employer A and H1B approval notice of employer B ?

When you leave the country you will have to return all the I-94's at the airport. To re-enter, all you need is a valid H1B visa (Even if it is under the name of your old employer). If your current H1B visa will not be valid by the time you return back, then you will need to go for visa stamping again.
