    URGENT...I-94 Question

    Hi All,

    I was on H1B visa in united states and changed my status to H4 recently. I had received my new petition papers and travelled to India last week. After coming back I realized While leaving USA I only gave my H1B I94 to airlines and forgot to give my current I94 of H4 Visa. It is still with me and I am in India right now. I have plans to go back to USA in December.

    How big is my problem and how can I resolve it?

    Also I have to get my H4 stamped while in India. Is that going to be a problem because of my I94?

    Please answer ASAP.

    That is fine. In future return all I-94's and keep copies for future records.
