Blue 221g with other option selected

Please Help, I got a Blue 221g with OTHER option selected, nothing has been checked from Petitioners or applier section. I don't know what documents do I need to submit to the consulate. Any Idea? In the interview, I couldn't present W2, I asked her (VO) when can I submit it. She said submit your passport and add W2 if you have after the email...
I am not sure if I have to wait till I get any email or should I go ahead and submit the W2 with the pp as in every case you have submit the document requested in the Blue 221g.
