H1B Expedited Visa Appointment

Hi, has anyone received approval for an expedited H1B appointment for Urgent Business Travel recently, at any consulate in India? They seemed to be rejecting almost all requests in July and August, unless it was for family separation or medical needs. Wondering if the situation is different in September, now that the student visa rush isn't as bad.

If yes, please share the location and the time they took to respond.

Hi,
One of well known guy attended Interview with emergency appointment. He got approved immediately. It depend on what kind of project you are working for. Concern guy is working on health care related project. He had proper documentation along with NIE letter.
His H1B visa under emergency category went well.
