H4 is approved after i left the company

Hi Experts,

Here is my situation, Please help me with your suggestions.

March 2021 -- My H1B is approved with Company A, my wife visa (H4) still in process.

May 2021 -- My project ended , Company revoked revoked my H1B.

June 2021 -- I joined Company B filed My new H1 and H4 (for my wife) in Normal process

Sept 2021 - My wife H4 is approved for 3 years with company A.

Is my wife H4 is valid even though I left company A? if yes can we apply EAD with approved H4 ?

Please confirm ?

Hi,
If it got approved then no issues. But, I m bit concern as USCIS may deny the petition any time in later stage as base H1B application got revoked. If it got approved before H1B Employer sends withdrawal notice then no issues.
Any how, you have one more H4 application pending, you can go ahead and file H4 EAD.
