I was in L1 and initiated my green card process and got an EAD+AP and re-entered the country with my AP, but my I140 got denied afterwards, and I changed my status from EAD+AP back to L1. I eventually got the H1-B lottery and changed my status from L1 to H1B. Does the time I spent in EAD status accrue towards the 6 year validity of my H1B? I know that USCIS deducts the time spent in L1 status from the H1B validity but not sure about time with status in EAD+AP

Answer: I dont think so. Even I never heard about this too. As per my knowledge, Utilizing EAD days will not be added for H1B account.
