is the response due date to file I290-B is 60 days still for H4 extension decline?

Hi,

I moved from Company A to B.
H4 has been applied from both A and B , and both were in progress and H4 from company A got declined and I need to respond within 33 days.
But my attorney from the new organization informed me I need to file I-290B but I have time , because of pandemic it is extended to 60 days.
Wanted to confirm is that still 60 days since my notice said 33 days. I have only 10 more days to file.

• Continuations to Request Evidence (N-14)
• Notices of Intent to Deny
• Notices of Intent to Revoke
• Notices of Intent to Rescind and Notices of Intent to Terminate regional investment centers
• Filing date requirements for Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion
