H4 on 221(g) Green

Wife appeared for H4 Visa at Delhi counslate.

She has been given 221(g) Green with requesting all doc
All petitioner employee on H1 and there w2 Form
Two Year tax return for petitioner
state unemployment wage report.

My company denied to give all this doc. as company have more then 1500 People on H1.

My question is can we apply new h4 stamping date and do not respond to this.

The company need not give these documents to you. They can directly send them to the consulate since they are confidential.
If you don't respond back to the 221g, she will endup getting the visa rejected.
