H1B Transfer revoke by company?

I work for company A which holds my H1B visa. Company B applies for H1B visa transfer (while I am still working for Company A) but due to certain reasons wants to revoke/cancel the petition for my H1B visa transfer (petition is still pending for decision). Does that effect in any way to my existing H1B visa?
