H1 B got 221g and L2 got cancelled without prejudice

HI,

I appeared for H1 interview and got 221g blue slip.

And also previous L2 got Cancelled without prejudice grey stamp.

Can I now shift back to L2 skipping the H1 option.

What are chances of getting L2 stamped again ... Please advise.

---- Yes, if you want to cahnge back to L2 you cvcan do so, despite your H1 being in 221g admisnistrative processing

---- The chances are both ways. There is no guarantee that you will no get scrutinized for this visa. You have apply, attend the visa interviewe and accept the outcome. The time of waiting is unpredictable and it is you who has to understand this

----- However, be patient and everything should work out well in the end

please share your experience if you attend L2 visa interview as I am in the same boat , thinking of applying L2 due to H1b 221g RFE.
