H1B Stamping question..Please help

I have to go for stamping...i got the scanned docs for the Petition filed for me.

1. There is is written that i will be working in IBM office and from there i will be working on a project for some other company and i will be administered by IBM managers. Do i need a client letter in this case as i will not be working on client side.

If you are going to work in IBM under your own managemenet, there you don't need to carry the client letter (But if you manage to get it, then carry it). If asked, you can explain that you are not going to be working at the client location.
