Question regarding Green card i am on L1 , husband on H1

i am on L1 B and my husband is on H1 in USA. My husband’s company is going to file green card . My questions are-
1.Can my name be added in his green card processing?
2.if my status changes to H1 , will I be still valid in his green card processing?
3. If my H1 period ends and my husband already has I140 approved, then how it ll impact me regarding cooling period ?

Answer: Yes. It is possible.
2.if my status changes to H1 , will I be still valid in his green card processing?
Answer: Yes. It depend up on your choice to utilize.
3. If my H1 period ends and my husband already has I140 approved, then how it ll impact me regarding cooling period ?
Answer: If your H1 ends then you can change your status to H4 and file H4 EAD along with that. This is only thing you can do, if your status gets winding up. Otherwise, you will not have any cooling period. May be you can have some benefits after filing I-485.
