H1B Renewal Info

I got my 797 extended last year in dec and now as i am planning to visit India.I need to get my H1B Visa stamped and my wife has to get her H4 stamped.
Here are my doubts.
1) Do i need to have 2 seperate DS 160 and also 2 HDFC receipt.
2)If yes then can i have same appointment Slots with my Wife.
3)and while scheduling the Interview in VFS do i need to specify indian citizen resident in US.
4) and for the question Are you applying for the same class of visa which is currently valid or has expired within the past 12 months?*
do i need to say yes as my previous visa was till Dec 2010.

>>> Yes. Once you complete your application (Primary applicant), you can add dependents. You will need to fill the DS-160 for each dependent that you add. Read the instruction on filling the DS-160 in immihelp.

>>> Possible. Add your wife as a dependent to your application.
