H4 Extension Approval Doc not received .Online Case is approved

Hi All,

Recently My H1B extension got approved and I got the approved i797 updated 3 months back.
For my spouse and Kid i539 H4 extension show approved online 3 months ago but I did not received their approved i797 for i539.

Is it necessary to have those physical document for H4 considering me primary has has the updated approval ?
How to get their approved document ?
Is their any way to know their update I94 dates without getting document.

Answer: Always, it is better to have physical approval notice. It will help and support you in various places. So, you can not just proceed ahead without that.
How to get their approved document ?
Answer: If your petition got approved 3 months before and still you have not received approval notice then you will need to contact USCIS as soon as possible. Normally, H4 Approval notice and receipt will reach to your home address as well. Please make sure, you have not changed your address after you filed the H4 petition. if you would have filed H4 petition through Attorney, they will also receive the approval notice.. So, do the basic verification from your end then raise a service request through USCIS portal to know the status of approval notice.
Is their any way to know their update I94 dates without getting document?
Answer: As per my knowledge, It contains with only Approval notice.
