H4 Visa travel documents required

Hi All,
My wife will be travelling on her own for first time to US on H4 visa. VISA is valid and stamped on her passport. I am aware of some documents below she will need to carry with her to support her admission at port of entry
1. Copy of my I-797
2. Proof of my employment in US: company letter and pays slips
3. Our original marriage certificate

Is there anything else she will need?

---- Proof of your address like a telephone/utility bill, bank statement etc. She may provide them if asked for

Any documents required while traveling to INDIA

Hi,
Are there any specific documents required while traveling to INDIA from US. My wife is on H4 and she will be traveling soon to INDIA along with my infant daughter. Are there any additional documents required than the list below:

1) Passport (Ofcourse)
2) I-539 (Photocopy
3) My I797 (Photocopy)
4) My Payslips???
5) US Address Proof???
6) Authrization letter for my daughter(since she is born in US)

Anything else????

I am on H4 Visa and have my I797 and EAD card issued. My Visa expires in August and I am planning to travel to USA in July.
What all documents do I need at USA port of entry?

Unfortunately I am not carrying I797 or EAD card with me (I have copies though). Will this be an issue?

My husband is also here but will travel before me and he has his original I797. Does it help if I travel with him?

@Pooja - did you get a response to your question above.
Specifically, was there a problem at reentry when you were not carrying I797 or EAD with you?

My wife is on H4 EAD and currently in India. She does not have those docs with her.

EAD as the name indicates is merely for employment authorization. It has got nothing to do with eligibility to enter or stay in the US. So, those documents are not needed.
