Travelling to India -H1b stamping need help

Hi

Currently on H1b status from last 4 years. When I was on f1 status my opt denied and sevis got complete. I applied Motion to reopen waited for 2months then made a reentry(Mexico) with new sevis. After an year H1b along with cos got approved now I want to travel to india.
1) will there be any issue for visa stamping?
2) 2 months which I waited for mtr will be considered as out of status?

Hi,
Here is my thought on your question.
1) will there be any issue for visa stamping?
Answer: I dont think so, since your change of status petition got approved you will not have much complications during Interview. But please make note, you may expect the question regarding this at the time of Interview and Port of entry.
2) 2 months which I waited for MTR will be considered as out of status?
Answer: No. During that time, you are allowed to stay in the USA to hear the final decision on your petition.
