H1B transfer

Hello,

I m in US and started working with employer Y..after gettin receipt number of (transfer+extension) which is in progress.

my stamped h1b (frm employer X) is expiring on Sept 27th 2010. so I have the same date on I94 and I797.

Now employer Z has approached me and is in process of interview, so incase they are good with me will they be able to apply for transfer after Sept 27 2010 or do they need to wait till transfer is approved.

Possible. Use the search functionality in immihelp and read about 'bridging'. If the petition filed by employer Y gets denied before the decision is made on the petition filed by employer Z, then automatically petition filed by Z will also be denied (Since the bridge is broken). So if you decide to go with employer Z, then ask them to file the petition in premium processing, which might get you a decision before Y's petition gets denied (Just in case).
